Privacy Policy

Account information: your email address and a hashed password when you sign up. We never store your password in plain text.

Shopify store data:your shop domain and API credentials (a custom app's Client ID/Secret, or an OAuth access token), used only to read and update your product catalog and blog articles on your behalf. Credentials are encrypted at rest.

Product content: product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, tags, and related metadata that you import from Shopify for enrichment, plus the content FlowPlex generates from them.

Brand profile: if you use the branding feature, publicly visible content scraped from your own storefront (page text, colors, images) used to keep generated content on-brand.

Connected social accounts (optional): if you choose to connect Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, we store the Page/account identifiers and access tokens needed to publish content on your behalf — encrypted at rest, and only used for the publishing actions you explicitly trigger.

Usage data: which AI features you use and how often (for quota and abuse-prevention purposes), and error logs when something goes wrong.

We use your data solely to operate FlowPlex: to authenticate you, connect to your Shopify store, generate content with AI on your behalf, publish that content back to Shopify or to social platforms you've explicitly connected, and to enforce plan/usage limits.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

To generate content, product and brand data is sent to OpenAI for processing. When you connect social accounts, publishing actions you trigger are sent to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or TikTokvia their official APIs. We only share what's necessary to perform the specific action you requested.

We retain your account and store data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect a Shopify store or social account at any time, which removes the associated stored credentials. You can request full account deletion at any time (see Contact below).

Shopify credentials and social account tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to what's needed to operate the service. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your data.

You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and disconnect any connected store or social account, at any time from your FlowPlex dashboard or by contacting us.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
