Terms of Service

FlowPlex connects to your Shopify store to generate product content (titles, descriptions, SEO metadata, tags, images) and blog articles using AI, and optionally publishes generated content to Shopify and to social accounts you connect. You remain in control: content can be reviewed before publishing, or auto-published if you choose to enable that.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must have the right to connect any Shopify store, or social/business account, that you link to FlowPlex.

You agree not to use FlowPlex to generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the terms of Shopify, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform you connect through FlowPlex. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it goes live on your store or social accounts.

FlowPlex plans include a monthly allowance of AI generations. We may suspend or throttle usage that exceeds your plan's limits, or that we reasonably believe is abusive or automated beyond normal use.

Bonus tokens (from a one-time purchase, auto-refill, or a credit we grant) are separate from your plan's monthly allowance. Your plan's tokens are always used first each month; bonus tokens are only drawn on once that allowance is used up, and any unused bonus tokens carry over — they do not expire at the end of the month or when your plan renews.

FlowPlex integrates with Shopify, OpenAI, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok. Your use of those platforms through FlowPlex is also subject to their own terms of service. We're not responsible for outages, policy changes, or content moderation decisions made by those platforms.

FlowPlex is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors — you're responsible for reviewing it before publishing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowPlex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using FlowPlex and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FlowPlex after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
